need help in compromise over 420

we are doing a compromise for act 420 suggest us a suitable matter to be write in compromise . as the cheque was of 8lac and party is demanding 6lac . as we giving them the money but need ur help how to be secure from the party that they will never touch the matter of pending 2lacs

Get a dull settlement agreement for full amount as a compromise, and get that as award from Lok adalat. Any advocate can draft this simple agreement that there are no existing transactions in between the two and both parties agree mutually not to proceed on any other legally after this compromise agreement.
