need divorce from second wife

My first wife was died due to cancer, I was having a daughter(now 18 years old) and a son( 24 years old now) from her. I did second marriage from a women having 2 children's 15 years ago. She never treated my childrens in a good way. From that day to this day, there is only chaos and depressing moments in my life because of daily fights .. Both of my childrens got educated by living away from me with my relatives because she made the home as hell. Now when my dauther is back home , she use to abuse me and her all the time. She use to beat her and file complaints against me in police station. I am very fedup and depressed. Please help me how can I get rid of her. I have few video proofs of abusing me and threatening my daughter by acid attack
