Hi All,
Let me introduce myself I am charan working for a consultancy newly joined in to this cite and i am in need of a service agreement.
we do placement for dubai for various vertical's. Most of the candidates are taking the offer form various companies and after that they are saying not interested in the offer. Due to this we are facing lot of problems from our clients coz the time spent for sourcing the candidate's, lining up the candidates, arranging for the interview schedule's, are going waste.
Regarding this i want a legal document which can enforce the candidate's to take the offer, if in case he / she don't want take that offer has to pay some amount to our consultancy. Due to this we can reduce the offer rejection for few percentage.
So kindly help me out by providing the nessary legal documents at the earliest...

You can get a bond from the person that in the event of his not taking the offer after selection he is liable for a liquidated sum as damages. This is most commonly used nowadays

Ya i can understand that but for that i need a document in a legal terms which can enforce the candidates for taking the offer's coz we are checking with the candidates whether they are interested in offer then only we are taking forward...
But atlast the candidates are turning up and saying that they are not interested on the offer due to this we are facing lot of problems from our client ends...
So if you don't mind can you send me any document in legal terms so that i can take it forward

Find attached the copy of the service bond agreement required by you. Alter the agreement according to your needs.
