hi All,

i am new to this forum n i have joined today only.

i am working with a BPO, we have yearly 24 leaves.

now operations wants the HR to bifuercated the Leves into CL/El/Sl

So that the agents do not misuse the leaves.

kindly help me draft thesame as the shops & Estb Act
