This is a point in guidelines to CAW cell.
10. Charge-sheets may not forwarded “To Court” by the ACP concern without having CRO Report in respect of the accused persons.
What does this means ? What is CRO report ?

1. people want INSTANT GRATIFICATION HERE that is why people say and i quote "It's sad, Noone is answering..........."
However, the full form of CRO Report is Crime Record Office Report. When CAW cell was being formed in those days they picked procedural paras from PPR which most of the North Indian States follows. Well, now a days CAW cell does not send for investigation of compalint to CRO office as that Unit has shifted.

BTW, patience rakha karo nahi to ld. Advocate hire kiya hai ussi se punch liya karo shikayat karney se pahley eik din me koi jawab nahi aye toh..........
