maternal uncles case

sir, i am shivansh from bhopal. my maternal uncle is charged under IPC 336 & IPC 337. He is resident of Delhi. He is A security advisor & in 1 incident(theft) he has shot the the theifs and the Shell's of bullet had injured a boy .Can you suggest me about the action that can be done against her by the police. please give your concerns as soon as possible. 😫🙏.

Your uncle can take defence of mistake and necessity provided in IPC, your lawyer will have to prove how, it was necessity to use gun at theif at that moment and how it was a unforeseeable mistake which cause the hurt to the boy, although alot of things can better adviced after knowing the fact entirely.
