maintenance under domestic violence case and hondu marriage act

Dear expert/s,
In a case, wife filed case for maintenance under domestic violence & hindu marriage act. If due to ill health husband leaves job and there is no income what happens. Please Advise.

in case of capability to job is beyond doubt then maintenance will not be granted other wise some maintenance will be granted.
