I filed a case in district court and compromised in lok adalat and award was passed for specific performance of contract of sale consideration and executed regular sale deed in favour me of a unregistered document of 7-4-1995
but he did not do it ...on 19-7-2002
I approched the tahsildar to filled application in form x requesting regularisation of unregistered sale agreement on 31-12-2005.
.executed as power vested by his and award of lol adalat he rigester under 5A of the ROR act
on other hand defendand had rigester part of the land to third person at sub rigester on 2006.as pending rigestration and confirmed it on 2011 by neglecting lol adalat award
I want to know which rigestration is valid and process to cancel the third party rigestration
