dear sir I got a loan in instant loan app but I was unable to pay the loan at due date but I have some financial issue but may I inform through what's app the loan app given to me but he was say do to me a legal action letter through send what's app how can I do I don't understand

You have to repay the loan outstanding. If you are facing any difficulty to repay discuss the issue with bank officers. They may give you some option for repayment.
