my father dispossessioned me and my wife in dec 2008 by giving article in newspaper and then in june 2009 my father filed case in civil court for permanent dispossession. but in july 2010 my wife Made FIR 498a,496, 120b. without any summon to me and my parents they give advertisement in newspaper that they called us but we did't came so they made this FiR. my parents went to jail for 6 days now they are on regular bail and HC has confirmed my bail. so chalan has to be present . please answer my qurries
1. can i live in same house with my parents i am only son of them .
2.can 120b broken if my father make decree of permanent dipossion.
3 if i go for quarsh FIR.. if in any case my name is not quarshed then have possiblities to quarsh name of my parents.
