ligal marriage

Sir,
I m Ningu 25yr/m I m loving a girl since 2yr she is 20yr old . Now both of us ready to marriage but both of us parents not willing to agree. We r thinking about court marriage according SPECIAL MARRIAGE ACT 1954 ,
What is the procedure ?
first where we want to approach ?
how to take forum ?
where and how to pay fees?
and she not brought any identy proof and address proof....
If it's not possible the ligal marriage then how to go forward..
please comment on Temple marriage.
