Summarizing the details given in the above question, there is a plot which is co-owned by three people (each of you having an equal share in the said plot,) but is registered in the name of only one of you. Assuming that is the case you describe, and assuming each of you want to have the plot registered in all of your names as co-owners, mutation can be issued jointly in the name of all three.
