Last month salary not payed

hi.. my name is Avinash. I have worked as a branch manager at Vijayawada. one of the security company. head office located at hyderabad. last month General manager officially mailed to me to leave branch office and report at head office for training purpus. I called to him how much it will take and whome will trained me. actually at head office their is no marketing people. he replies to me one of our coligue hospitaliged so you need to continue your operations at head office. I replied to him sir I don't come.i will work at vijayawada only. he wish to come at head office. after visiting after 2 days he replies to me what will u decide my proposal. need to work at Head office I will not pay any convenience for your food and shelter. i replied to him sorry sir sorry sir I can't do. so you need to put resignation letter and need to do one month notice period at head office Hyderabad only.i replies to him not possible to me.if you want to continue notice period at vijayawada I will do. but I can't do here. so we don't pay to you your previous month salary.i you wish to come will pay you.not deposited my account to last month salary

Send a legal notice by a lawyer.

You have not informed as to the orders or oral or were reduced in writing.  Before issuing notice, contact a trusted union official and then act.

If there is a transfer clause in your appointment letter, then you are supposed to join the new place of your work as per direction of your management since transfer is a service condition. If there is NO transfer clause in your letter of appointment, then you may take action against such transfer. 

For more details, you need to provide the details such as tenure of your service, whether transfer clause is in your appointment letter, what is your nature of duties (not just a designation), what is the content of the transfer order etc. Please consult a labour lawyer with all details before taking any steps against the management.

This is the practising of security agencies. devilsimply forget. your expenses will be more than 1 month salary you have to get.crying
