If your are disturbed by anyone affecting the purpose of your visit to gym, then first inform the owner of the gym, (first orally, then in writing).

If that doesn't help change your place of gym (as you do not want to involve either police or court).

Ensure that you do not give your phone number to that person, and incase she gets hold of your phone number you may block her calls or change your phone number.

There is no IPC or any law in India against somebody who is talkative.

However, use your time wisely in gym by exercising your body and to giving some rest to your mouth.
