labour laws

my name is mayank and currently working in bikanerwala delhi .The company that i am working with is exploiting labour laws they are making employees work 12 hours a day on a daily basis and offering 2 days off a month. Most of the employees are getting wages under 12k is there anything that i can do to help them

You can file a wriiten complain in the labour Court

Check in the Office of Asst. Labour Officers or Asst. Commissioners of Labour or Dy. Commissioners of Labour, etc. that your company is comes under which officer and give complaint to the concerned Inspector.
