Sir..i recently resigned from my job without giving any noticed period of 30 days,my salry was 18500 p.m. i was working there from last 2 and half years and at a time of clearance they told me that as per bonus act and law ,we unable to give u bonus and they deduct my one salary for not giving any notice period...so my question is..am i applicable for bonus as per bonus act?
