I am in position of 20 acres of kumki land in karnaka, I would like to legally own that land to fully utilize. Could you please let me what are legal options i have to get that land on my name. I am belongs to an agriculture background family. I am ready to pay govt at the rate of govt value exists in that area. Please help to understand process and length it may take to complete the process, what are hurdle i may get from govt babus. Kindly reply to this issue.
