both are different caste so how to change same caste sc to bc.

There is no such law that permits to change castes as one pleases.   The caste is determined by father's or husband's caste.  By mentioning "both" if your mean spouses, the wife gets husband caste.

after marriage what ever cast is their for husband same cast should be to the wife
