while enroute from one place to another place on a state highway around 8.15pm . A man who was totally drunk suddenly comes out from the road divider . the distance between him and car was almost 7 feet . i was doing around 60 . he was banged on to my car and I tooled him to hospital and did operation and he passed away after an week . 304a bailable case registered on me and car has remanded and returned after rto inspection . I have witness ( eye witness stating that I was under speed and no rash driving ) audio clips recorded during the crash time of the eye witness and have their numbers too for future use. plus the victim family , admitted that his son was drunk during the time. let me know how I should come out of this case without any issues on me and no case complications as i am an student
