interim injunction in district munsi

an interim injunction for not to alienate my property was obtained by my opposite side- this interim injunction was extended in every hearing date by the judge upto the next hearing -i filed a CRP in high court to reject the plaint under 227 and obtained a stay order in the CMP. even after filing the stay order in the lower Court judge recorded it and extended the injunction stay - can the lower Court judge extended the interim injunction when there is stay order of the high court for all proceedings??
