om advocates   14 October 2018

in motor vehicle accident case, wether insurance was or not is a matter of evidence,still court removed insurance company as a party under order 1 rule 10.

please answer the question above

This act of court is not justified in the eye of law.

Do there is valid insurance cover?

Yes it is insured but date is disputed by them only which is matter of evidence now, I am going in high court, in 227, Need case laws
