In how many days the case will start in court

sir I was accused under 420 criminal case and I got bail after 79 days and on 7-11-2018 I was presented before honourable judge and they gave me date on 21-02-2019. so in four days again I have to attend the date .sir plz suggest me that whether again date will be given or not and when I have to give my case to my lawyer plz suggest me.

Yes, you have to present yourself before the Presiding Officer (i.e. Magistrate) every time as a rule.

But your absence may be condoned a couple of times at a stretch on convincing ground if your Advocate files a Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

If you have not contracted any Advocate, you must attend.    Filing Petition by post is unlawful.    Even without a Petition, the Court may post the case or send summons.

Hearing after these four days is commonly unlikely.    There'll be a number of postings at an intervel of roughly three months.
