immigrants

respected Sir I want to apply for Canada immigrants and PCC but I have a problem regarding pcc I had a case registered in court by mistake police caught me and they charged ipc 34,304 after some time I got the clean chit from respected court
it talks 7 year ago therefore can I get clean pcc...please help me it's hardly request.

Contact the Police authority for this PCC, take the certified copy of the court acquittal order for you. The police however keeps record of all cases and will check it before issuing you PCC.
