i am not involved but am affected

I planned to start business in one land and I got permission but one person put partition suit with 100 years old document and threatening me to stop

When you start a venture , always have a sincere legal guidance and do not apprehend for such threats as it is not that much easy to institute legal proceedings on a document of 100 years old.

there is no problem when I initiated but after knowing I am going to start business, opposite business person made a petition with the help of another person and sent notices to head quarters, now my company asking to get clearance to provide dealership, background intention is to stop my business because if I open he will get loss
