husband's death(suicide/accidentally) or if husband goes missing

if husband goes missing or dies by suicide or accident at any point of time in marriage, then can wife claim alimony from husband's family (husband does not have any property in his name)

Not alimony, but  maintenance she is entitled.  Section 18 HAMA is enacted for these specific purposes.
