Hai all the members,
I am verifed the revenue record of the one village in andhra pradesh i observed that in one survey number there was total 10 acres as per revenue record there was only owners for 8 acres remaining 2 acres there was no owners. that land is not a government land that is perfectly private land. can i take possession of remaining that 2 acres and can claim adverse possession after 12 years.

dear friend, plaintiff can not plead adverse possession.....it is only the defedant who can take this plea.
i may be incorrect in my advice, lets c what other civil law experts would say.
