how to docomplaint against vlcc

I want to know whats the procedure I in law if any branded beauty salon like vlcc cuauses permanent cosmetic damage and if they refuse to refund or compensate?

Hello Mam,u can file a case under Consumer Protection Act,1986 fr deficiency of service..

go to a dermatologist and get her written opinion that it is due to beauty treatment; take photos of damage caused; preserve original bill and approach consumer Forum.
