home not a name of my father

my house name of my grandfather and he was died in 2007 and four son of my grandfather still this house name of my grandfather not transfer name of my grandmother she is live rest of three brothers constructed pattison front of road my my family is live back side so we want equal part of property what the process of this

if I am not wrong you can file a partition deed

Yes, the option is to file a partition suit if no amicable settlement is possible.
