sir,, please suggest my case is no Res/Def evidence of 2nd evidence..next case hearing date 12'oct..my husband not accepting divorce..I have filed divorce on 5th of 2015.iam not asking any maintenance and all... I have 8 years old child. for mutual divorce my. husband asking child...I am not able to agree for that ..can I get divorce ...is there any changes to reject the case...as per my lawyer my case is next agreements thereafter judgement.i want to take my child custody also...how many days take time for judgement....
How can any conclusion made here in the forum by any lawyer unless checking the complete case file, pleadings and evidence of both sides.
