hello

what is God statement...i have heard that it is the statement given by a person who is going to die...what are its causes...will the accused be heard or not

Dear Sana,

I have never heard "god's statement" phrase in my 15 years of practice. It is called as dying statement and it is codified in Indian Evidence Act. You can read it for your refrence and for all your answers.
