I am being harassed by by my exect boss. he has a strong relation with our director and in head office. because of this i am not able to get promotion ( performance in scientific field is performance based). before me the same person tried to expoit three girls (students) but no action was taken against him and even case was not registered against him.even in the same time he get the out of turn promotion. the man also have s*xual relation iwth one on our colligue. She was promoted out of turn two time at the cost of our work. If i will complaint against him I m not able to proof it. If you think you are denied promotion or any departmental benefits which under law you should get, you can approach the appropriate Administrative Tribunal and file a case that you are being victimised by the boss, denied promotion though performance was proved and unfair promotions have been granted to those who have not shown performance.

Mr. Asish's problem is confusing.  In the first three lines, he aspires for promotion and in the last three lines, he desires to go to the lower post.  It is also not clear, why his promotional chances were denied?  If it is due to s*xual favours sought by the exect boss from the enquirer and the same was denied or for something else.  If, the reason is former one, then he sould immediately approach the s*xual grievance committee and put his case before them clearly, lucidly and bravely seeking immediate transfer of the exec. boss from the department, so that grievance committee can work freely and without being influenced (it is a recognised right of the complainant).  Further, he can collect the letters, (I know it is very difficult), from three girl students, which he referred.

Dear sir
Sorry for your inconvenience, In 1st three lines, I had told that I had not gotten promotion in my parent department. In the last three lines I told that now I am even ready to shift another govt job even with lower scale. Because it is not possible for me to arrange proof against him or to convince my director for transfer. But should I have to do. He is not s*xually harassing me, but ask the same to three girls.

you should consult a good Service Lawyer of your area & file a suit in the Service tribunal to get JUSTICE.
