Nearly about one n a half year after the dismissal of case , my lawyer asked money for registration of link document.he didn't inform about the dismissal.my link document is very old. it is of the year 1949 AD it is a
gifted property in the name of my father. now my lawyer is asking me to sell the property n not giving the original link document. I want to take it back without his knowledge. is he keeping the document with him or it is in court.pls suggest how should I take it back.
But my dear year 1949 AD yet to come..let you wait till then enjoy....After 30 years you can apply for the return of document ...you have a long life...
