dear mr patel , since our forum was not accepting my answer ,so medical topic i have converted into an legal issue.sickle cell anemia a congenital disease that comes from parents.folic acid and repeated bloos transfusion is the treatment.mostly african disease.prognosis very bad. no new medicine invented.transplantation of bonemarrow have some better quality of life but extremely costly..law should be there to findout sickle cell trait and avoid such marriage that will produce offsprings with sickle cell anemia.
