As far as name is concern, you cannot change total name entirely. Only spelling mistakes or a part of name can be changed subject to the formalities of Gazette department.

I know that I cant change my whole name... I want to convert and just want to change my name not surname.
but my que is can I do all this procedure from Delhi?
