if you didn't violate the terms and condition of the bail granted to you , then there are very less chances of your bail cancellation , again the session judge will reject her application for the cancellation of your bail .

Until the conditions of bail are not violated, the court will not ordinarily entertain such application filed on the basis of whims and fancies of the defacto complainant. what was the reason stated in her application seeking cancellation of  bail?

Respected Sir

We have not violated bail conditions and its mere harrasment by them as there bail cancellation request was dismissed by the MM.

None of parties reside in India and all are Foreign Nationals , we came to india for marriage 5 years on a visa back stayed for 5 days and divorce already granted in US where the girl was present ...but MIL  who resides in india has lodged all DV, 125 and 498a these cases to harass my old parents and now Bigmay as HMA divorce should happened......before marriage and after marriage we were US citizens holding visa our domicle outside.

FIR was raised by police by bribing and charges heet filed after we all got bail fro HC....we went for Quash in HC after 9 months with few judges been changed....court directed us to first go with same merits in LC .

Girl and boy live in US citizens holding OCI (A VISA) work permanently there......still this nonsense is going.

Please someone can guide us in exposing the facts to ineffcient judiciary

ashu, you should relax, if bail has been granted and you have not violated bail conditions then there are very slim chances that you will be going back in. you should also specify which kind of bail has been granted to you, anticipatory or regular? in any condition, it depends on averments made in the complaint by your wife. if you are innocent then you will be let off! but it will take a considerable amount of time, if you can spare money, then settle with your wife (to end it quicky if you want).

hire a good advocate, and leave your worries to him.
