sir/madam,
My father was a cashier in bank of baroda.he was died on 2004.That time i was only 12 years old and my mother was not so illegible.pension is not sufficient for our family.Now,i want to know that how an i get the job of my father?Is it possible?

You mother is getting pension, it seeems he got retired. After retirement you cannot get job on your fathers name. Write bank competitive exams and try to get on open quota.

You are perfectl;y wrong in saying that your mother was ineligible (unless she was already employed). After 10 years you have no case for compassionate job.
