I got an idea but unsure would it be really sensible. First thing, am not against Women rights. But totally against whom treating their innocent husband badly by doing mental torture,beating, etc and misusing the laws.
If a women who torture her husband by yelling, crying, suicidal threats everyday. he could record all these through phone(any recorder) and give it in police station. So there should be a law to arrest the women's parents.
I believe, this way it would make men society safer and atleast protect innocent husband from wife harrassment. Also control fake 498a cases. So that any women could consider her family before treating bad of her husband.
Is it sensible? or any laws already in place for this.
