my husband asked question in society to secretary for parking issue & regarding notice to builder and sent register a.d. to secretary, then secretary started harressing me with 4-5 committee member , so i filed court case under section 504,506 on may 2012 summon issued from court to secretary and other on 18 april 2013 appearing date.,than after 4-5 days secretary through his wife implicated my husband in false section 509, on 26 april 2013 in witness is all accused in section 509
police lodged f.i.r and arressted my husband ,now same day from police station he realised on my mother documents now police told charge sheet is filed now what is next step and how to save him.
