Please assist in limitation calculation for filing a revision application...
Crmnl complaint dismissed on 13-06-2013
Order copy requested on 5-7-2013 but received only on 31-8-2013.
I am confused for the 90 DAYS period....this definitely excludes the time taken for procuring the order copy...but when we say 90 days, does this also include weekdays & only court working days or even includes the weekends and other non-days
