One of my friend is facing CRPC 125/ DV, her wife is a master degree holder.He wants to get her details educational details.
He applied to the university.But they denied to give information on the name of "Private entity is not under RTI".
How to get the details of his wife from the university?

Section 7 Disposal of request: as expeditiously as possible and in any case within thirty days of the receipt of the request. Section 8 of the R.T.I. Act, 2005 exemption from disclosure of in formation. You file complaint to University Information commissioner and university comes under purview of the R.T.I. Act, 2005.
