A-Ploice case IPC 326.  same occurrence B-private complaint IPC 307. In Magistrate court togather the two cases A&B in Cr.pc 210(2). Now committal to try B-private complaint case in the Magistrate court to Court of Session in Cr.Pc209.  if A-Ploice case IPC 326 also togather to try  in Court of Session and togather the two cases to try  in Court of Session. Please sent  ruling (authority) (Judgements) in this circumstance case.
