DEAR EXPERTS,
I AM FROM FARIDABAD HARYANA MY WIFE HAS MENTIONED EVERY WHERE IN 498 A FIR, CRPC 125 CASE, IN PROPERTY PARTITION SUIT, AND IN CHILD CUSTODY CASE, THAT HER FATHER HAS GEVEN SUFFICIENT DOWRY AT THE TIME OF MARRIGE ON OUR DEMAND. NOW MY QUESTION IS THAT CAN I FILE 498A DP3 CASE AGAINST MY INLAWS. IF YES THAN HOW?

you can go through dp3 but before that
1. you have take anticipatory bail to all your family members and you
2. if you have any evidences keep them

Despite the efforts in last 5 years to file DP3, I am yet to see any success story on the same.
My advise would be to fight the cases on merits and not loose precious time, money and efforts in such things.
