Hi,
I resigned to the so called Fortune 22 company on 1st March and agreed to serve Notice of 3 months as per offer letter.
My Functional Director agreed to pay me notice of 2 months and 3 days in F & F after my last working day of 28th March 2013.
But Payrol team insisting to put my F & F calculations as part of FY12-13 instead of FY1-14 because my F & F would be paying in the month of April or May 13. So please advice me if any rule says that as we are getting amount in FY13-14. So FY13-14 slabs applicable to my F &F.
