I got divorce decree from family court one year back. It was challenged in highcourt by ex-wife. Recently highcourt dismissed her appeal and upheld family court decision. Can I remarry now without waiting any more? Or I have to wait for some time? Can she go to Supreme Court? Does Supreme Court accept this type of appeal?

yes, she can appeal to Supreme Court....so you have to wait til the expiry of appeal period......

You have to wait till the expiry of period for filing appeal and if appeal is filed, till it is dismissed.
