for 4 blank sgned papers , i am facing two cases .for civil suit of blank promissory note -it is case registerd by shayam. for blank cheque the criminal case is regd by mohan..
as in both blank papers are involved are both, how the case can be clubbed. unless both case are heard jointly, no one can realise the consipiracy.
sp pl give rule of cr p c to club the both case.thanks
