there r 2 cases "x" and "y". In "x" investigation is going on. In "y" trial is being conducted by the court. The accused in "y" case seeks the case diary of "x" case. The prosecution raised contention that the production order of case diary of "x" case in "y" case can adversely affect the investigation of "x" case. whether case diary should be ordered to be produced?
