Divorce decree

Dear Experts,

We have filed MCD in Pune court 2 months ago. Recently, we have finished 'counselling' formalities. Now we have got a final date, which is 6 months after the date of filing MCD.

Kindly let me know, on the final date when Divorce is granted, do we get hard copy of Divorce Decree and when we will get it?

1. One has to apply for the same.
2. After due enquiry if Court allows parties Second Motion then orally divorce under MCD is announced by Ld. Judge in the open Court and then para 1 follows.
