Company matter - how to proceed?

In a Company matter, the Suit is now decreed declaring me to be the majority 52% shareholder in a pvt. ltd. company.  However there is at present only 1 Director [who is hostile to me], the remaining 2 having expired during the pendency of the lis.   The Company has not filed its Annual Return since 1999.

The Company is actually defunct but possesses some valuable immoveable properties which are  occupied by the sole remaining Director.

Now what is the procedure to follow?  How do I as a majority shareholder exercise my rights?

Thanks in advance.
