Transfer of huf property /commercial apt.

Son want to transfer the HUF property in his favor after deathe father's(subject person of HUF) name Property is on lease 2 member are there (sister and mother) both are ready to give NOC and relinquish deed. what should be the proper procedure of this DDA property. gayatri_singh0@yahoo.com
