New comers problem!

We are manufacturing company and have two registered units, employing less than 50 workers.

Usually in helpers catergory we find people working for 5 to 10 days and leaving the organisation without any intimation and come directly on payment day.

Can the company take a stand against such matters?

Preparing their PF and ESI forms will be a waste b'coz till this form get registered and we recieve the ESI card, may be that person must have left without any intimation.

Can anyone suggest what plans we can do for new comers!

Dear Trupti,

You can do one thing. You just prepare a appointment letter for them & make a clause in that for probabtion on 3 months.

You just take their sign on them.

In future it will not be aproblem for you.

before joining the employee you just told them if he will work with less than 3 months he will not get his salary.

no not at all.

because in appointmnet letter there is a simple drafting you can do.
i would suggest you to buy a book on appointment letter from the market.
you can see the matter in that also for a probationery worker.
